Team Eli Inc. brings children of all abilities together through creative, inclusive programs that build confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging.
Team Eli Inc. is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between neurodivergent and neurotypical children by offering creative, talent-based enrichment activities that foster academic growth, social connection, and community inclusion. Our mission is rooted in raising awareness, promoting acceptance, and supporting the development of children and families across New York City and beyond.
Originally founded as “Team Eli” in March 2012, the group began in support of a child diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) just before their second birthday. Built on the foundational values of unity, strength, and love, what began as a small support circle soon evolved into a broader movement.
In October 2017, Team Eli became officially incorporated, transforming from a grassroots initiative into Team Eli Inc. Since then, we have continued to grow, bringing awareness and advocating for inclusivity in collaboration with families, educators, and community leaders.
Though based in the Bronx, New York, our reach has extended across boroughs, cities, and states. We have proudly partnered with the NYC Department of Education’s District 75, Morrisania Revitalization Corporation, BOCA Pharmacy, CLUSTER, Inc., Paradise Transitional Housing Program, The SEED School of Washington D.C., and many more to host impactful community outreach programs and events.
